I chose to do twice a week 1:1 personal training with George starting back in August. I had wanted to lose weight for a while but always thought my disordered eating past would stop me. It’s now November and I’ve lost nearly 2 stone. I’m surprised at how straightforward it’s been. There’s been times I have struggled but George has been very supportive and helpful with suggestions. I do shift work, days and nights and have been running for the past 3 years, slowly gaining weight, thinking the running outdid my pretty bad diet. I also hated doing my strength training.

George made the gym plan doable yet effective and I am building strength every week. I have learned so much and am excited about getting back into running now I’ve lost weight. I thought the calorie deficit was going to be the hardest part but with some support from George and answering all of my questions, I’ve taken to it really well. Not only this but I’ve learned to be efficient with my macros and really enjoy healthy food now. It’s also changed my mindset towards food without realising it!
